Does productivity mean only doing multiple tasks at a single time? Does that mean multitasking according to you?

Let’s take an example, 

You are waking up at 6 O’clock, having breakfast then you are going to complete your task by 9 am and then taking a short break and then making mindset to complete your second task by 1 pm.

Does it mean productivity to you? Or have some other definitions?

What is productivity?

Productivity simply means doing more task in a short period.
But it doesn’t mean multitasking.

Multitasking at a short time means you cannot focus on each task carefully.

If you’re making mindset to do multiple tasks at a short period then think twice that you wanna do that, and if you cannot make focus on your task even then it’s ok.

So before doing so think twice.

So should you do multitasking?

According to me, you should never do multitasking at a short period.

Are you willing to know why right?

So here is the answer, if you consider your each and every task very seriously and try to do everything perfect as much as possible then you should never try multitasking.

When you are making focus or trying to do every task very carefully then you should avoid doing that.

During multitasking, you cannot make focus on a single thing and your focus will be divided into each task, so it’s better to avoid that.

When you are thinking about making perfection then you should do which can let you do that. So, in that case, multitasking can never be a good option to choose and for better productivity never.

How to start a productive day?

To make your day more productive, you should follow something really important 

  • Good sleep: it’s very impressive to have good sleep hours at night or at any time of the day. Sleep at least 8/9 hours per day so that you can stay more active throughout all the day. Good sleep means you can get more energy for your work and similarly you can put more effort into your task.
  • Avoid multiple tasks: trying to make perfection on your task? Then try to avoid it as much as you can. Simply complete one task at a time and then take a short break. It’ll be much easier for you to do another task.
  • Make focus: don’t put your attention on the different task at a single time it can divide your focus on each thing but rather than try to focus on what you’re doing at that time. It can make your task easier for you and will take much less time comparatively multitasking.
